Only Builder members of VHBA can enter homes into these well-respected, highly-attended tour events. Advertising in the accompanying guidebooks is an exclusive benefit of membership in VHBA. VHBA Home Expo
VHBA members have the first opportunity to register for booths in this popular consumer trade show. Booth pricing is available to members at discounted rates, and only members can participate in the advertising and sponsorship opportunities accompanying the event.

This helpful resource features residential subdivisions and developments offered for sale by VHBA members, and as with all VHBA publications, only members can take advantage of the advertising available on this widely-distributed map.

Both the printed and online versions of the VHBA Membership Directory are widely used by consumers and fellow members looking for professionals to assist them with their housing-related needs.

General membership meetings, Member Mixers and special events provide casual opportunities to connect with fellow members both to learn from each other's experiences and to develop relationships that may generate business.

Legal & Building Code Hotline
Included in annual dues is the opportunity to access WBA's legal counsel for assistance with general questions regarding Uniform Dwelling Code issues or legal issues regarding contracts, ordinances and more. Members can access this resource by calling 1-888-WIS-BILT (947-2458). Calls are answered by an automated system that will require the caller to leave basic information about the inquiry as well as the contact's name and company so membership can be verified before responding.

Networking Opportunities
An annual convention allows building industry professionals from across Wisconsin to come together in a non-competitive environment.

Member Communications
Wisconsin Building News, a monthly e-newsletter, and Wisconsin Badger Builder, a bi-monthly magazine, provide valuable information about the housing industry in WI and about association activities across the state.
